Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wide hose and the ventilation valve картера.
2. Remove a casing of a gear belt.
3. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders.
4. Turn out bolts and remove in gathering a shaft коромысел, коромысла and springs.
	5. Turn out bolts and remove коромысла from a shaft.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up ease and smoothness of rotation of a roller.

2. Check up an end face of a core of the valve. If the core end face is worn out or расклепан, replace the valve.

3. Check up surfaces of hydraulic jacks of backlashes of the valves, contacting to a valve core. If the surface is worn out or damaged, replace hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves.

Shaft коромысел

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up shaft коромысел on absence of damages.
	2. Check up cleanliness of an aperture for greasing giving.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish коромысла and springs on a shaft коромысел. Establish a shaft коромысел on a head of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 20–27 Н•м
	2. At installation коромысел, of shaft and springs pay attention to distinction between коромыслами And and коромыслами Century
	3. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 8–10 Н•м

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention Before installation of a cover of a head of cylinders put a hermetic layer on an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders.
1. Apply a thin film hermetic as, otherwise, it will be squeezed out under a cover of a head of cylinders and can break work of the mechanism of a drive of valves.
	2. Use only hermetic №1212D or equivalent.
	3. Establish a casing of a gear belt. The inhaling moment: 10–12 Н•м
4. Establish the air filter.
5. Establish a wide hose and the ventilation valve картера.
