1 – a bolt, 80–100 Н•м;
2 – a washer;

3 – an adjusting pin;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера.

2. Remove a pulley of the water pump and a cranked shaft.

3. Remove a casing of a gear belt.

4. Take away a roller of a tension of a gear belt to the water pump and temporarily fix it in this position.

5. Remove a gear belt from a camshaft pulley.

6. Remove a camshaft pulley.

7. Remove a camshaft pulley.

8. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders.

9. Remove in gathering a shaft коромысел.

10. Remove covers of bearings of a camshaft.

11. Remove a camshaft.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up a camshaft on absence of non-uniform deterioration, cracks or damages.
	2. In two points measure height of each cam of a camshaft. Nominal height of cams of a camshaft of inlet valves: 42,8575 mm Nominal height of a camshaft of final valves: 42,7354 mm Is minimum admissible height of cams of a camshaft of inlet valves: 42,3575 mm Is minimum admissible height of a camshaft of final valves: 42,2353 mm
3. Check up surfaces of cams on absence of non-uniform deterioration and damages.
4. Check up each bearing on absence of damages. If the working surface of the bearing is excessively damaged, replace a head of cylinders or a cover of the bearing of a camshaft.

Forward sealing ring of a camshaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up working edges of a sealing ring on absence of deterioration. If the working edge is worn out or damaged, replace a sealing ring.

2. Check up the surface of a camshaft contacting to a sealing ring. If this surface is worn in regular intervals out, replace a camshaft.

Axial люфт a camshaft: 0,07–0,28 mm.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Before installation apply a thin film pure engine oil on all surfaces of sliding of a camshaft. Establish a camshaft.
2. Establish covers of bearings of a camshaft.
	3. Establish the ignition coil.
4. Establish a shaft коромысел and коромысла.
5. Grease with engine oil working edges and an external surface of a sealing ring and the special tool 09221-21000 establish a sealing ring on a forward part of a camshaft. Hammer blows on the special adaptation establish a sealing ring against the stop in a nest.
6. Establish a pulley of a camshaft and fix its bolt. The inhaling moment: 80–100 Н•м
7. Combine an adjusting label of a camshaft and an adjusting label of a pulley of a cranked shaft with indexes, thus the piston of 1st cylinder will be in ВМТ in a compression step.
8. Establish a lining in deepening of a cover of a head of cylinders.
9. Temporarily establish a cover of a head of cylinders.
10. Start up the engine and leave it to work on frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft idling.
11. Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover the demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 8–10 Н•м
12. Establish casings of a gear belt.
13. Establish a pulley of the water pump and a pulley of a cranked shaft.
